Diamond Eye Manufacturing is recognized as being one of the most modern and progressive companies in eastern Oregon. The company has invested heavily to incorporate several CNC mandrel bending machines and support equipment, Enabling us to produce the finest exhaust components in today's marketplace. Mandrel bending and fabrication parameters are extensive, and a variety of tooling allows us to offer tube processing from 3/8" to 5"OD in both aluminized and stainless steel. Diamond Eye Manufacturing is located on a 23-acre complex and has immediate plans for expansion. Currently, the company utilizes over 60,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing components. Separate from the manufacturing facility, our Warehouse Distribution Center utilizes highly efficient shipping methods and a substantial amount of inventory to ensure rapid response times for delivering customer orders in a timely fashion. Our new state of the art Research and Development Center was established to keep pace with the ever changing automotive performance aftermarket. We have taken great care to outfit the facility with an array of testing equipment to provide our engineers with the information needed to design the best systems available. Many of the employees here at Diamond Eye Manufacturing have several years of experience within the industry. This wealth of knowledge and experience is tapped and transformed into results. SHIPPING POLICY
IN STOCK ITEMS:
All in stock items will be shipped out within 5 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer as soon as they are available. Most items will arrive within 2 weeks.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If items are out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If the items are no longer available, the order will be cancelled and the purchase will be refunded. Tracking information will be provided as soon as they are available.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
Special order items usually have a wait time of a few weeks. Personalized items cannot be returned. Items may be subject to restocking fees. Carbon fiber items that are not in stock can take up to 12 weeks to manufacture. As soon as tracking information becomes available, it will be provided to the customer.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping prices listed on our website are for the lower 48 states. Most of the items that are carried on our site are available to be shipped to AK, HI, PR but additional shipping charges may be incurred. RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure that you get the product that is best for you. If you are unsure about a product please contact us prior to placing an order. In the event that an item needs to be returned, YOU MUST RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION from an Overkill Auto Garage team member.
Returns will be sent to where they originally shipped from. If a product is shipped to the wrong address and needs to be shipped to the correct address, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Customer is liable for any damages incurred during shipment of product.
