DESCRIPTION

THIS SPLITTER IS DESIGNED TO FIT C7 STINGRAYS WITH AN AFTER MARKET (E.O.S) ZR1 FRONT BUMPER. IT REPLACES THE BOTTOM FIBERGLASS LIP ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OEM PLASTIC TRAYS WITH A SINGLE FULL ALUMINUM TRAY THAT IS CHASSIS MOUNTED FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY AT THE TRACK.  

DESIGNED IN CAD, CNC CUT AND CNC FORMED  ENSURES A HIGH QUALITY SPLITTER. EVERYTHING WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 3 BRACKETS ARE MADE FROM ALUMINUM TO KEEP THE WIEGHT DOWN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 2x Billet Blocks for splitter rods (blocks bolt up to the crash bar)
  • 2x FS Engineering Billet splitter rods with Heim Ends and custom chassis blocks for the rods to bolt on to for a rigid support. 
  • Main Brackets for the splitter
  • Splitter Tray
  • 4x Exteriror Bumper Spacers/Ties (Ties the bumper to the splitter to prevent the bumper from flopping loose)  
  • All hardware
  • WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS ON THIS PRODUCT DUE TO THE NATURE THAT THEY ARE MADE PER ORDER WITH A LIMITED QUANTITY. 
  • PROFFESIONAL INSTALLATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
  • DRILLING INTO THE FRAME & BUMPER IS REQUIRED AS WELL AS INTALLING RIVET NUTS.  THE RIVET NUTS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED WITH A PROPER RIVET NOT TOOL TO INSURE A PROPER AND SECURE BOLT-ON
  • THE AFTERMARKET FENDER FINS WILL NEED TO BE TRIMMED.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 WEEK LEAD TIME BEFORE SHIPPING 
  • THE BRACKETS DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF ADJUSTMENT. PAY CLOSE ATTENSION WHEN MARKING AND DRILLING THE HOLES. 
  • THE SPLITTER IS INTEDED FOR TRACK USE MEANING IT IS DESIGNED TO BE AS REGID AND LIGHT WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE WITH VERY LITTLE FLEXIBALITY.  THIS MAY NOT BE A STREET FRIENDLY SET UP AS IT WILL NOT FLEX/GIVE IN SITUATIONS WHERE YOU TEND TO SCRAPE THE MOST (SUCH AS ENTERING/EXITING PARKING LOTS). ESPECIALL ON VERY LOW VETTES. HOWEVER, IF YOU REMOVE THE SUPPORT RODS, IT WILL ALLOW THE SPLITTER TO FLEX A LITTLE MORE. SO IF YOU INTEND TO DO BOTH, MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE SUPPORT RODS WHILE IN THE STREETS AND PUT THEM BACK ON WHILE AT THE TRACK.
  • IF YOU OPT OUT OF POWDER COATING, THE SPLITTER WILL HAVE SOME MINOR SCRATCHES FROM FABRICATION AND WILL BE UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO REMOVE THEM. (WE SUGGEST GETTING THEM SANDED WITH A DA SANDER AND 160 GRIT OR SANDBLASTED)
